The next big step forward will be Azure AD PAM, which will offer yet another path to implementing these tools for your business! I want to mention that Oracle, Oracle CRM On Demand, has announced plans to provide a free version of its platform. For now, they require all users to go through training sessions, so it may only be ready for some uses immediately, but the intention is there! Sansan has gone ahead and done it--they have a FREE version available right now. It doesn't come with some of the features found in their paid package (like custom workflows), but we're happy to recommend them either way!
